A new survey from Hotels.com explores the hotel amenities that are of most value to travelers. The survey finds free Wi-Fi is by far the most important inclusion… far surpassing free breakfast and even free parking.
The survey also explores what other amenities go a long way to please hotel guests, and nothing does the job like a good old-fashioned happy hour or wine tasting.
